We are an
industrial contractor performing sandblasting, painting, coating, hydroblasting,
vacuum trucks,
hydro excavation, labor work and other specialty power plant,
refinery and oil field related activities.
· We
are currently seeking the following positions:
· Journeyman
Painters
· Semi-Skilled
Technicians and Laborers
· CDL
Drivers (Class A or B)
· Our
business runs 24-hours per day, 7-days per week. The average work-week is 50-65
hours, with overtime being paid after 8 hours on weekdays and all day on
Saturday& Sunday. Holidays are paid triple time. We also have a rotating
weekend callout schedule.
· The
starting wage for new employees is $11.00-$13.00 and the average wage for
NEW painters and foremen is $18.00—$22.00 (depending on experience) per hour and our
top wage presently obtainable is $28.25 per hour.
Rapid advancement is possible and encouraged,
as we want employees to become trained and perform in as many areas as
possible. All positions are full-time.
· When
out of Farmington area requiring an overnight stay, per diem is $80-$100 cash
per night away.
· Relocation
assistance is negotiated on an individual basis.
· After
6 months of employment, employees are eligible for CDL training, which is paid
for by Riley Industrial 100%.
· Health
Insurance prices are as follows (you are eligible after 6 months of employment):
· $25.00
/ per check for Individual Coverage
· $75.00
/ per check for Employee/Child(ren) Coverage
· $100.00
/ per check for Employee/Spouse Coverage
· $125.00/
per check for Family Coverage
· All
Riley Industrial employees have received a year-end performance bonus for the
last 3 years.
· Riley
Industrial Services has a 401K retirement plan available to full time employees
after 6 months of continuous service, with the company matching a percentage of
the money you put into the plan.
· All
production employees are eligible for earned time (what Riley Industrial calls
vacation). Your earned time is based off your yearly wage. You can earn up to
10% of your yearly earned wages.
· Riley
Industrial will furnish all employees with company shirts that are to be worn to
work upon hire. Also Riley Industrial will furnish FRP coveralls to all
employees working at our oilfield related sites.
· Riley
Industrial Services has a safety glass program where the company pays for one
(1) pair per year of approved safety glasses up to $150.00. You must work here
on a full time basis for at least three months in order to participate in this
program.
· All
positions require that you have a valid driver’s license or a State ID. You
must have reliable transportation. Applicants that only have an ID you will be
restricted to only working out at our plant locations at PNM and APS and will
have to have reliable transportation to and from each of those plant locations
located in the Waterflow Area (20 miles west of Farmington).
