Inside Information On An Inside Job: Tank lining failures can be caused by inadequate surface preparation causing lack of adhesion, solvent entrapment from applying multiple coats too quickly, soluble salt contamination, and/or inadequate ventilation and post-cure requirements.

Temperature: Temperature and humidity may need to be monitored and controlled to ensure proper drying and adhesion. Sandblasting, welding, weld preparation, contaminant removal, inspection and coating must be performed to uncompromisingly high specifications. In short, you need experts.
